8x8 Software Engineer December 2015 to January 2018 8x8 is a global VoIP provider. My work here focused on creating tools used by hundreds of thousands of call center employees as well as internal tools for managers. I created a new Salesforce phone-plugin to replace a legacy. I created the onboarding tool for adding new clients and managing their accounts. • Created Salesforce-integrated VOIP UI.
